Used 7025-12 Topless Tower Crane
The second-hand Zoomlion WA7025-12E flat-top tower crane is designed for super-high-rise buildings, large-scale infrastructure and complex working conditions, combining high lifting performance with intelligent safety technology.
1. Excellent lifting performance and coverage
Lifting capacity: maximum rated lifting capacity of 12t (corresponding to a range of 19.7m), maximum lifting torque of 3,000 tons·meters, maximum lifting weight at the arm tip of 2.5t, covering the 70-meter working range requirements.
Height advantage: independent height of 60m, which can be expanded to more than 300m through attachment, and reached 307m in actual construction cases (such as the landmark tower project of the Alamein New City in Egypt), which meets the needs of super-high-rise buildings.
Efficient operation: lifting speed up to 95 m/min, variable speed 0~75 m/min, rotation speed 0~0.8 rpm, significantly improving construction efficiency.
2. Intelligent and safety technology upgrade
ETI intelligent control system: integrates more than 20 safety functions such as anti-overload, anti-top impact, anti-slip hook, and anti-sudden unloading, and reduces the risk of collision through virtual wall technology (variable amplitude and rotation plane protection).
Precise control: adopts variable frequency stepless speed regulation technology to achieve millimeter-level hoisting positioning (minimum speed 1.5m/min), and start and stop smoothly without impact.
Remote monitoring and self-diagnosis: supports remote management of the Internet of Things platform, real-time monitoring of equipment status, and a fault self-diagnosis rate of 90%.
3. Structural optimization and convenient design
Modular transportation: can be disassembled into units less than 3m, and conventional transport vehicles can be loaded, breaking through the transportation restrictions of complex terrains such as deep mountains and tunnels.
Quick installation: It only takes 4h from unloading to commissioning, which greatly shortens the construction preparation cycle.
Lightweight and high strength: adopts high-strength cold-formed steel and double triangle turntable design, the structural weight is reduced by 6%, the bending and torsion resistance is improved, and it meets the needs of high-strength construction.
